Registration
- Accommodation at Hotel Holiday Inn Resort is limited and availability is subject to 100% receipt of participation fees. Registrations will be accepted on ‘First-come-First’ basis
- Delegate fee is non-refundable. However changes in nominations will be accepted. Changes to your registration must be notified in writing (by e-mail) to madan@imtma.in on or before 15 April 2024.
- Payment will be accepted through internet banking or Cheque/Demand Draft or National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT).
- Registration confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment and submission of logistics information form.
- Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA) is committed to staging a successful event, subject to Force Majeure conditions. IMTMA reserves the right of participation and decisions of IMTMA is final.
- This is a residential program and the package includes Hotel accommodation for 3 Nights / 4 days with Buffet breakfasts(3), Lunches( 3) & Dinners( 3) , Airport /Railway Station/Bus Stand transfers ( Group transfers would be from Dabolim Airport / Madgaon Railway Station & Bus Stand only ) , summit documentation as well as evening entertainment extravaganzas. Any additional expenditure on food and beverage (room service), telephone, laundry, internet connection or any other incidentals not included in the above package, have to be borne by the participants and directly payable to the hotel. Participants are advised to carry their credit cards to directly pay the hotel for any such incidental expenses during their stay.
